i think i'm in a little rut painting, so i'm putting all that on hold for the time being.

Cover for my buddy Wahab Algarmi's epic tale of a ragtag team of 80's tv characters trying to save the world... one day at a time. issue #2 features punky brewster, evie from 'out of this world' and the ever popular lassie. find them at comic-con when it comes around this july. you won't regret it! in fact, you'll thank your lucky stars.

this is the first time i've ever really tried only using 4 colors for something. it was quite a challenge indeed. quite. now i know...

first attempt at the mod podging = failure
well, semi-failure. at least i know how it works now.
all mod-podge really is, is glue.
i really like how it gives the print texture since all my prints are flat.
also, i'm gonna redesign the layout after some good feedback i got.
a record's too big for my printer.

it's for my buddy ben's show at lower haters, called vinyl apocalypse.

i finally broke gta's strong grip upon all my free time and actually got some painting done.
gonna try uploading w.i.p.s for once. just to chart progress.
i don't know if it's such a good idea for one of two reasons.
usually there's something that really bugs me about the early stages and i'll delete this post.
or... i get used to it and call it done.
